BUSINESS SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Useful alerts, honestly described.

Version and effective date: 19 August 2026.

1. About TenderPockets

TenderPockets is operated by [LEGAL OPERATOR NAME], trading as TenderPockets, at [GEOGRAPHIC BUSINESS OR REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Email: [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL]. Company number: [COMPANY NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE]. VAT number: [VAT NUMBER, IF APPLICABLE].

2. Business customers only

The service is offered only to people and organisations buying wholly for purposes relating to a trade, business, craft or profession. It is not offered for personal or household use. By ordering, you confirm that you are a business customer and have authority to bind the business identified by the email address used at checkout.

3. The service

Visitors may browse 10 sample contracts across different work categories. A paid subscriber can log in to the full current searchable feed, selects one trade category and one UK region, and normally receives a weekly email containing new matches that have not previously been sent to that alert. A week with no suitable new matches may produce no email.

The service supplies discovery alerts and links. It does not prepare bids, assess your legal eligibility, give procurement or legal advice, or guarantee that an opportunity is suitable, remains open or will be awarded to you.

4. Ordering and contract formation

  1. Before continuing to Stripe, you must select the alert, confirm the business purchase and accept these terms.
  2. Stripe securely collects the payment details. TenderPockets does not store your full card number.
  3. Your order is accepted and the contract begins when Stripe confirms successful payment. An on-screen page alone is not proof of payment.
  4. We send a durable email confirmation containing the price, alert details, renewal terms, subscriber login instructions and a secure management link. Please keep that email and do not forward management or one-time sign-in links.

5. Price and automatic renewal

The current founding plan costs £30 for one year and includes the full current contract feed plus the selected weekly alert. The first £30 is charged at checkout. Unless you cancel, Stripe automatically charges a further £30 at the start of each following annual period using the saved payment method.

There is no monthly charge or additional TenderPockets checkout fee. Any change to a future renewal price will be communicated clearly in advance and will not affect a period already paid for.

6. Cancelling renewal

You can cancel without a cancellation fee at any time before the next renewal:

Cancellation instructs Stripe not to take the next annual payment. Your alert remains active until the end of the annual period already paid for, unless we agree otherwise. Cancelling does not normally refund the current paid period. This does not affect any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for a duplicate or incorrect charge or a service that was not supplied as agreed.

7. Payment problems and suspension

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update the payment method. We may suspend alert delivery while payment remains overdue. We will not intentionally create more than one subscription for the same email, trade and region.

8. Procurement data and attribution

Contract information is obtained from publicly available sources, initially Contracts Finder. The linked official notice—not a TenderPockets summary—is authoritative. You must check the notice, buyer instructions, eligibility requirements, deadlines and any later amendments before relying on it.

TenderPockets is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the UK Government or the contracting authorities displayed. Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.

9. Your responsibilities

You must provide an email address you monitor, keep payment and contact details accurate, protect one-time sign-in links, logged-in devices and management links, and use the service lawfully. Subscriber access is for the purchasing business and must not be published, resold or shared outside that business. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access or security controls, scrape it at unreasonable volume, resell account access or falsely imply government endorsement.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a dependable service, but public feeds, email networks, payment systems and internet infrastructure can be delayed or unavailable. We do not promise that every possible opportunity will be found or delivered. We may make reasonable operational changes that do not materially reduce the paid service. Planned material reductions will be notified where practicable.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security threats or a serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. If we permanently discontinue the paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will provide an appropriate pro-rata remedy for the unused paid period.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

Subject to that sentence, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Because TenderPockets is a low-cost discovery service and not a bidding adviser, we are not responsible for lost bids, lost profit, business interruption or decisions made without checking the official notice. Our total liability arising from the subscription is limited to the fees you paid for that subscription during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Service and billing messages are necessary to administer the subscription. We will not treat the purchase as consent to unrelated promotional marketing.

14. Changes to these terms

The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. We may update terms for future orders or renewals. We will give active customers reasonable notice of a material change before it affects a future renewal. A change will not remove rights or remedies already accrued.

15. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside its control. You may not transfer the subscription without our written agreement; we may transfer it as part of a genuine business transfer provided your rights are not materially reduced.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Please contact [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] first so we have an opportunity to resolve a concern promptly.
